According to Raj Chohan, the proprietor of Golden Key Estates, the two daughters of Prince Andrew, who is presently at conflict with his brother King Charles over the expulsion from Royal Lodge, are not working royals, which might be a significant obstacle to their inheritance.
The real estate specialist told GB News that Beatrice and Eugenie’s “refusal” to participate in royal responsibilities has made their inheritance more difficult to understand.
Since he lost his royal rights and titles due to his role in the Jeffrey Epstein sex scandal, King Charles has repeatedly ordered Andrew to leave the 30-bedroom home and settle into Frogmore Cottage.
Andrew want to give the land to his two daughters in the meantime.

A portion of the Crown Estate includes Royal Lodge. Prince Andrew has been relieved of his royal responsibilities since the Epstein incident, which means that because the Crown is paid by taxes and he is no longer performing official tasks, this would no longer be included in his inheritance, Chohan informed the outlet.
“I would assume he is like a sitting tenant, paying £250 a week and maintaining the upkeep of the property that’s worth over £30million.”
Regarding whether Andrew may leave the land to his daughters, Chohan said that while the legal agreements are private, it is presumed that Eugenie and Beatrice “would take the property.”
“For the time being, this remains a part of the Crown Estate, and the long-term plans would be determined by the board of directors.”
